摘    要:介绍了一种通过定期监测煤体的位移量变化和应力状态以实现围岩压力监测的原理和方法,详细阐述了实现关键参数监测与记录的爆炸性气体环境用本安型矿压监测数据智能记录仪的软硬件设计。实践应用表明,通过该仪器对综采工作面矿山压力进行监测,可为煤矿生产中片帮冒顶事故的预防和顶板安全管理提供可靠的数据和决策依据。

Abstract:This paper introduced the principle of monitoring stress in surrounding rocks of mine roadway by measuring the variation of the coal body displacement and strain periodically.And an intrinsic safety mine stress data recorder was developed based on embedded system.The recorder was used to realize measurement and record of key parameters in explosive atmospheres circumstances.The hardware and software of the data recorder were expatiated in detail.The data recorder had been applied in coal mines.The practice indicated that the recorded data was true and valid,which provided an approach for stress monitoring in explosive cicumstance.The method of monitoring the stress in the fully-mechanized face using the recorder can provide the reliable data and decision-making basis for roof and side fall accidents prevention and strata security control during coal mine production.
