车身冲压件变形的模糊聚类分析

摘    要:以模糊聚类理论为基础 ,提出了车身覆盖件变形同趋势区域分类的一种方法。以某轿车前轮罩配合曲面为例的分析结果表明 ,该方法可以解决前轮罩、前纵梁配合曲面的变形区域的划分 ,为评价车身零部件之间的匹配提供理论根据。

Abstract:Deformation of auto body stamping is an important consideration in auto body manufacturing. This paper presents a novel approach based on fuzzy theory to analyze the deformation tendency of auto body stamping. An example of a front wheelhouse subassembly of a certain car, which is composed of wheelhouse, beam and damper bracket, indicates that this approach can appropriately partition the matching surface of the wheelhouse and beam into several areas in line with different deformation tendency.
