我国矿业城市可持续发展研究--以肥城市为例

摘    要:以煤炭型矿业城市肥城市为例,分析肥城市矿产资源和矿业经济发展现状,指出后备矿产资源不足、高能耗重工业为主的产业结构体系、污染严重的生态环境问题是制约其可持续发展的主要障碍。在此基础上,提出了肥城矿业城市可持续发展的对策建议:其一,依靠科技创新适度开发资源,提高资源利用率;其二,优化产业结构,发展替代产业,促进产业结构升级;其三,加强生态环境保护,打造生态绿色城市。

Abstract:Taking Feicheng, a coal-mining city, as example, the paper firstly analyses the current situations of mineral resources and mining economy in Feicheng city, then points out that the lack of the reserves of mineral resources, the system of industrial structure with energy-wasting heavy industry as its main part and serious eco-environmental problems are main obstacles to restrict the sustainable development of the mining city. Finally, based on these some countermeasures, as followings, are put forward for the sustainable development of the mining city: (1) moderately exploiting resources and improving the utilization level of resources by scientific and technical innovations; (2) optimizing industrial structure and developing substitute industries so as to bring about the upgrading of industrial structure; (3) strengthening eco-environmental protection and building ecological cities.
