超高压脉冲阀体动态强度校核分析

摘    要:为了分析超高压脉冲阀填料函台阶失效引起外漏的原因,进行了组合载荷下的动态强度应力及位移计算分析,包括内压温度耦合作用、腔内脉冲压差分析和疲劳分析等。结果表明:阀体外壁保温良好时,内压是影响应力的主要因素,温度或温差对等效应力的影响是第二位的。分别按应力分类法和等效应力法判断表明,在设计和运行工况下阀体强度是足够的,原来失效处不会继续扩大,阀体不会疲劳失效而能安全持久。提出有利于预防台阶的磨损失效的建议。
