摘    要:针对目前国内生产的电缆故障测试仪存在造价高、携带不便、需要交流供电、安全性差等缺点,研制出一种性能优良、功能相当、价格低廉、适合野外作业的手持式产品.该产品的系统实现基于脉冲反射原理,以TMS320VC5409和CPLD为处理核心,由低压脉冲产生器模块、高速A/D转换器模块、USB控制器等组成.本文详细介绍了该系统的工作原理、硬件与软件实现方案和实验测试分析.该仪器达到了一定的精度,能较好地适用于工程现场的测量应用.

Abstract:Given the current drawbacks existing in domestic cable fault location detector products such as high cost,alternating current-powered,low security,non-portable etc.,we develop a portable product enjoying better performances and functions like low cost and is suitable for field-work.The principle of this product is based on the reflection of waves.TMS320VC5409 DSP(digital signal processor)and EPM7256 CPLD(complex programmable device)are key chips of the system.The system consists of pulse-transmitter and receiver,DSP system,high speed ADC circuit module and USB(universal serial bus)control circuit module.The operation principle as well as the implement solution of hard/software of the system are described in detail.Experimental test indicates that this instrument can reach satisfying precision and works well in field engineering environment.
