从饱和氯化镁卤水萃取锂的流程研究

摘    要:根据相比试验求得平衡等温线,按预定条件确定操作线,在两线之间用阶梯图解法求得萃取、洗涤及反萃取的理论级数。采用分馏萃取流利进行了试验了室扩大试验,锂萃取率达99.69%,铁的回收率达99.98%,从锂的反萃液制得合格的工业一级氯化锂产品,锂的总回收率为98%以上。有机相经百次以上的循环使用,萃取性能良好,萃取过程分相快,无三相或乳化现象。

Abstract:The equilibrium isotherm were obtained through phase ratio experiment. The operation curve was confirmed on the predetermined condition. The theoretical stages of extraction, washing and stripping were obtained by utilizing stepped diagram between the two curves. Adopting the fractional extraction process, the laboratory enlarged experiment was carried out. The extraction percentage of Li was up to 99.69%, the recovery of Fe was up to 99.98%. The qualified product of industrial grade lithium chloride is prepared from the stripping fluid, the over all recovery of Li is up to 98%. After recycled, times more than a hundred the extraction characteristic of organic phase was still good, phase splitting is fast during the process of extraction, the phenomenon of tri phase or emulsion has not appear.
