上海地区建筑基坑工程的新进展与特点

摘    要:根据近年来上海地区建筑基坑工程呈现的“大、深、紧、近“等特点,上海工程界设计与施工紧密结合,基坑工程技术取得一系列新进展.针对大面积基坑工程发展了多种新型的围护型式,敏感环境下的基坑工程正逐步走向以变形控制为设计导向,支护结构与主体地下结构相结合的设计理念得到加强和更多形式的实践,支撑型式更趋多样化,圆筒形围护结构也初步在深基坑工程中得到应用并显示出潜在的优势.基坑工程表现出充分利用先进的设计理论和施工工艺与计算分析手段,表现出新的围护型式与施工技术不断涌现的发展趋势.

Abstract:The characteristics of pit foundation in Shanghai are "big, deep, tight, near" in recent years. Based on the tight cooperation between design and construction institutions, a series of new development are achieved. New types of retaining struture are developed for large scale excavation. The deformation control of pit becomes the guiding for the design of pit in sensible environment. Design concept of combination of main structure with temp retaining structure is put into more forms of use.. Forms of the strutting system become diversefied. Round retain structure has been put in practice primarily and its advantages are disclosed. Pit progress has the tendency of that more and more new types of excavation and construction technology are come forth by taking the advantage of advanced design theory, construction technics and analysis method.
