金属清净剂在内燃机油中的抗泡性能研究

摘    要:主要对清净剂在内燃机油中的抗泡性能进行研究。研究结果表明,绝大多数基础油都具有较强泡沫倾向性,但是泡沫稳定性均较低。金属清净剂在不同的基础油中抗泡性能各不相同。问题最严重的是HVIWH300和T106-B之间会形成很大的泡沫倾向性和稳定性,且很难消除。研究发现不同品牌T106在HVIWH300中的抗泡性能具有很大差异,因此可以利用不同品牌T106复配解决上述问题。

Abstract:The foaming properties of metallic detergents in different internal - combustion engine oils were mainly studies. The experimental results showed that most base oils have higher foaming orientation and lower foaming stability. And the foaming properties of metallic detergents in different base oils are varied. The most serious problem is that, higher foaming orientation and stability will be formed when T106 - B is added to HVIWH300 base oil and it is difficult to eliminate the foam. At the same time, different brands of T106 have different foaming properties, therefore the above - mentioned problem can be effectively resolved by compounding different brands of T106.
