| 摘 要： | 根据丙纶纤维的结构特征及丙纶FDY纺丝工艺的特点,以聚乙二醇脂肪酸酯为油剂主体,添加其它单体表面活性剂,研制出一种具有良好集束、抗静电、润湿、平滑和耐磨等性能的丙纶FDY纺丝油剂TF-730A,将TF-730A应用于纺丝中,油剂质量完全可以满足丙纶FDY生产工艺要求。

| Abstract: | Based on the structural characteristics of polypropylene(PP) fiber and the features of spinning technology for its fully drawn yarn(FDY),the spinning finish TF-730A for PP FDY was developed using polyglycol fatty acid ester as the backbone and other surfactant monomers as additive.The finish agent exhibits good binding,antistatic,moisturising,lubricating,smoothing and abrasive resistant properties.When applied to spinning PP FDY,it can fully meet the process requirements. |
