Cultural Learning Movement in the Military Construction in the Shan-Gan-Ning Border Region

During the Anti-Japanese War,cultural learning movement carried out in the military construction of the Shan-Gan-Ning Border Region was to eliminate illiteracy and improve the Border Region garrison cultural knowledge and the level of political theory. It was a cultural and educational movement to improve the cultural quality of the armed forces. Cultural learning movement in the border region military construction had achieved remarkable achievements.
