| 摘 要： | 详细阐述了位置伺服控制的原理以及伺服拧紧轴在装缸机中的应用.针对油缸装配过程中自动锁螺母工艺要求,设计了一种由PLC、伺服驱动器、伺服电机、轴控制器及拧紧轴构成的卧式装缸机控制系统.实践表明,该设备具有稳定的螺母锁紧功能,提高了装配效率和产品质量.

| Abstract: | According to technological requirements of the intelligent bolt fastening in the process of oil cylinder assembly, this paper introduces a kind of Horizontal assembling machine control system, including PLC, Servo drive, Servo motor, axis controller and spindle. The principle of position servo control and the application of the spindle in cylinder machine are described in detail. The practice shows that this equipment has the function of in- telligent bolt fastening to improve the efficiency and the quality of the products. |
