| 摘 要： | 立足于全体股东利益的最大化,从完善公司治理和经营管理水平,不断提高公司盈利能力和可持续发展能力的角度出发,在参考了部分2004年、2005年高科技上市公司定期报告和临时报告后,对我国目前高科技上市公司信息披露中存在的问题进行分析,并提出了相应对策。
