| 摘 要： | 总结了近年来功能化石墨烯在本体异质结太阳电池(BHJ-SCs)中的研究进展。针对石墨烯在不同结构层中的应用分别进行了阐述,主要介绍石墨烯作为透明阳极导电层材料和活性层材料在BHJ-SCs中的应用。

| Abstract: | The recent development of graphene in the bulk heterojunction solar cells(BHJ-SCs) was reviewed.The application of graphene in different layers of the BHJ-SCs was described respectively.Particularly,the graphene being used as the transparent electrodes and the active materials in the BHJ-SCs were introduced in detail. |
