摘    要:如何增强调度系统的可靠性,一直是电力行业内的重点研究内容。Harris 20-20~容灾调度系统采用双机冗余热备份的方式,将调度系统设置为主、备2套系统,只要任意一套维持正常工作,即可保证调度通信不中断,增强了调度系统的可靠性。文章主要介绍了Harris 20-20~容灾调度系统的基本构成及实现原理,并通过理论计算证明其有效性,还列举了一个容灾调度工程实例,供同行们参考。

Abstract:Enhancing the reliability of dispatching system is a key point in power industry.The Harris 20-20 backup dispatching system adopts hot standby redundant mode which consists of an active system and a standby system.When any of the two systems works normally,the dispatching communication will be ensured,thus the reliability of the dispatching system is enhanced.This article mainly introduces the basic structure and the realization of Harris 20-20 backup dispatching system.Through theoretical calculation,the validity of the system has been proved.An example of backup dispatch system is also given for reference in the article.
