体育课教学模式改革与体育教师地位的思考

就体育课新的教学模式与体育教师位置的变革问题进行探讨,提出:体育课教学应由旧的、封闭单调的模式向新的、开放灵活的模式转变,体育教师是引导学生自主学习的中枢;体育课教学要求教师完成自身位置的变革,注重学生的能力培养;体育教师要努力做到因材施教,教学模式要由整齐划一转向个性化教学。

Reflections on the Reform of the Teaching Mode of P. E. and the Transition of P. E. Teachers' Role

This paper gives some consideration on new teaching modes in physical education and the transition of P. E. teachers' role. It proposes that the out-of-date monotonous close mode in P. E. teaching be replaced by a fresh flexible open mode, and P. E. teachers should exert a central role in guiding students' independent studying. And in order to achieve individualized teaching, this new mode requires P. E. teachers to teach in accordance with students' diversified aptitudes so as to achieve the transition of teachers' role.
