武汉市典型建筑集中空调系统现状与节能分析

摘    要:为了研究武汉市的空调能耗现状与节能对策,本文通过对武汉市数十座公共建筑集中空调系统的调研与测试,结果表明:武汉市公共建筑集中空调能耗占建筑能耗的22.33%~81.16%,平均份额约44%;一些空调风、水输送系统水力工况失调,普遍存在“大流量、小温差”的运行状况;一些设计指标不符合实际工程的负荷计算;过渡季节空气品质不佳等。根据武汉地区的气候与地理条件,提出了武汉地区空调节能的主要对策:提高围护结构的隔热保温性能;优化设计空调系统;充分利用地下水等再生能源等。

Abstract:In order to study the present air conditioning energy consumption and the energy-saving countermeasure in Wuhan,China,dozens central air-conditioning system of public buildings were investigated and tested,results shown that: 1) the energy consumption of central air conditioning in public building is 22.33 % ~ 81.16 % of the total construction energy consumption,and the average is approximately 44 %;2) the water and air delivery system is out of balance,great flux and small temperature difference is the universal existence;3) some design index do not conform to the actual project load;4) the air quality in transition season is not good and so on.According to the climatic and geographical condition of Wuhan,China,some energy efficiency countermeasures are that the heat insulation performance should be enhanced,the optimized design of air-conditioning system should be optimized,the ground water and other regeneration energy should be fully used and so on.
