| 摘 要： | 本针对当前高校校办产业发展中存在的普遍问题，结合新形势下社会对发展高校校办产业的要求，提出了高校校办产业建立现代企业制度的基本思路与模式选择，以及校办产业在改制过程中应该把握的原则和措施。
