微波辐射合成水杨酸-2-乙基己酯的研究

摘    要:采用微波辐射技术,以硫酸氢钠为催化剂,水杨酸与2-乙基己醇为原料,合成了水杨酸-2-乙基己酯。结果表明最佳反应条件为:水杨酸0.05 mol,酸醇摩尔比为1∶4,催化剂用量为反应物质量的6.93%,微波功率为360 W,微波辐射时间为35 min,不加带水剂,产率可达89.33%。并用折光率、红外光谱、紫外光谱、色质联用等手段对产品进行了确证。

Abstract:2-Ethylhexyl salicylate was synthesized from 2-ethylhexanol and salicylic acid with sodium hydrogen sulfate as catalyst by use of microwave radiation. The experimental results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows: 0. 05 tool salicylic acid was added, the molar ratio of salicylic acid to 2-ethylhexanol was 1 : 4, the dosage of catalyst was 6.93wt% of the reagent, the microwave power was 360 W, the reaction time was 35 min, and no water-carrying reagent was used. Under the above conditions, the yield of 2-ethlyhexyl salicylate could reach 89. 33%. The synthesized product was confirmed by refractive index, IR, UV and GC/MS.
