| 摘 要： | 本根据河南机专产学合作教育模式实施所取得的经验，阐述了产学合作办学模式是高校特色办学的内在要求，是培养具备现代竞争意识和创新能力的高素质人才的必然要求，而推行这一模式，高校内部需要创造性建设，外部需要全方位的创造环境。
