摘    要:深部地层防斜打直问题和深部硬地层快速钻进问题是深井、超深井钻井中两大技术难越,是制约深井、超深井钻井发展的技术关键。深部井眼岩石力学的研究,特别是深部井眼岩石可钻性和岩石各向异性的研究,是解决深井、超深井钻井关键技术的重要课题。文章充分调研了国内外深井、超深井钻井状况,分析深井、超深井钻井存在的主要技术难题、钻井岩石力学在深井、超深井中的应用状况、深井、超深井钻井的关键技术及钻井岩石力学在深抖、超深井钻井中的作用,分析了深部岩石力学在深井、超深井钻井中的井眼稳定技术、井斜控制技术、高效破岩技术和地层压力的钻前定量预测等关键技术上的发展前景。

Abstract:Well deviation prevention and fast drilling in deep layer are two technical difficulties during deep or ultra-deep well drilling, which is the key limiting the development of deep well drilling. Study on rock mechanics of deep wellbore, especially on rock drillability and rock anisotropy is a key project to resolve the problems of deep or ultra-deep well drilling. In this paper, the drilling conditions of deep or ultra-deep well have been fully studied. The main technical difficulties existent in deep or ultra-deep well drilling were analyzed, the key techniques and the action of rock mechanics in deep and ultra-deep well drilling were discussed. The prospect of rock mechanics on well-bore stability, deviation control, high rock breaking efficiency and predrilling pore pressure prediction in deep and ultra deep well is set forth.
