摘    要:本文叙述了飞机启动系统自动测试平台的开发实现,该系统使用以数据采集卡(PC—DAQ)为核心的虚拟仪器技术。硬件部分主要包括PIO_821PGL多功能数据采集卡和工业控制计算机,软件部分则以Labwindows/CVI为开发平台,并在设计中充分考虑使用时在可靠性、精度、方便性以及可扩展性等方面的要求。最后,对测试平台的软硬件进行了测试,结果表明:该系统可靠性高、性能稳定、测试精度和速度均满足飞机启动系统QDX-11的要求。

The Design and Realization of the Automatic Test Platform for the Aircraft Launching System Based-on the Labwindows/CVI
Abstract:This thesis relates the implementation and realization of the automatic test platform for the aircraft launching system, and the system uses the virtual instrument technology taking the data acquisition card (PC - DAQ) for the core. The hardware mainly includes PIO-821PGL multifunction data acquisition card and industrial control computer, while the software is developed on the Labwindows/CVI platform. We fully consider the reliability, accuracy, convenience and expansibility requirements in the design process. Finally, the hardware and software of the platform are tested, and the results show that the system has high reliability, stable performance, the precision and speed meeting the aircraft launching system QDX-11 requirements.
