| 摘 要： | 介绍了HG 440t/h循环流化床锅炉回料阀的特点 ,详细描述并分析了回料阀的启动、停止过程 ;对不同负荷下返料阀的重要运行参数如返料风压力、返料风量、返料阀内温度等规律进行了总结和分析 ;通过实例分析了返料停止故障时锅炉出现的各种现象 ,由此进一步加深对整台锅炉运行特性的理解。

| Abstract: | Introduced the structure and technical features of the particle valve of HG-440/13.7-L.PM4 CFBB and described its start and stop process in detail. By analyzing the valve operation data at variable load the general rules of the key parameters such as the return air and its pressure and the valve temperature were acquired. The valve operation features and even the boiler features were further understood by analyzing one breakdown of particle returning and the phenomena appeared after that. |
