| 摘 要： | 金工实习是工科院校实践教学的一个重要环节。为适应当前用人单位时应用型人才实践动手能力要求逐步提高的需要，改革金工实习教学模式是问题的关键。文章分析了金工实习教学中现存的问题．提出了改革传统教学模式的思路和措施，对提高金工实习教学质量具有重要的借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | Metalworking practice is an important part in the practice teaching of engineering colleges.In order to meet the gradually increase needs of the current employer on requirement of practical competency of application-oriented personnel,reform the metalworking practice teaching model reform is the key problem. This paper mabes analysis of the existing problems in the metalworking and practice teaching,puts forward ideas and measures to reform traditional teaching model and whin makes an important reference for the improvement of metalworking practice teaching quality. |
