摘    要:介绍用RQ360R高强度钢板制成的后纵梁横梁的成形工艺分析和工艺方案,并详细阐述了采用开口拉伸的原因,模具制造中又采用替代材料制造模块进行回弹修复.由于方法正确,成形效果极佳,并节省了资金和材料.

Forming Technical and Die Design for the Side Member Cross Member Rear
Abstract:Introduced S/MBR C/MBR RR(side member cross member rear) forming technical analysis and technical program which is used by RQ360R high strength-steel, and introduced the reason of using open drawing in details. Use replaced material to manufacture die blocks and modify spring-back in the die manufacturing. Due to the correct way, The result of forming is very excellent, and saves lots of cost and material.
