| 摘 要： | 制动鼓锤锻模采用H13钢制造,通过反复镦拔消除其内在组织缺陷,经等温球化退火细化晶粒,淬火、回火后获得优良的热强性、热稳定性、冷热疲劳性及良好的综合力学性能,使用寿命较5CrNiMo钢制造的模具提高两倍以上。

| Abstract: | The use of the brake drum hammer forging die steel H13, repeatedly upsetting and stretching through the organization to eliminate its inherent flaws, the isothermal grain refinement ball annealing, quenching and tempering to obtain a good thermal strength, thermal stability, cold thermal fatigue resistance and good mechanical properties, service life than steel mold 5CrNiMo increased more than two times. |
