摘 要: | 研究了三辊斜轧穿孔法生产φ50min×5 mm TA2管坯的生产工艺.通过TA2棒坯不同加热温度对穿透率的影响、不同径向压下量对穿孔后管坯直径的影响、穿孔头尺寸对管坯壁厚的影响、棒坯直径与管坯直径关系的研究,确定了三辊斜轧穿孔法生产纯钛管坯的具体工艺参数:棒坯规格φ48mm,棒坯加热制度930~950℃/40~50mi...

Abstract: | The research on the technology using three-roll rotary piercing method to produce TA2 50 mm×5 mm tube was performed.The optimal parameters for the processes have been obtained:heat treatment at 930~950 ℃ for 40~50 min,probe depth of perforation head 26 ~32 mm,radial rolling reduction 15% ~20% for 48 mm billet through researching effects of various kinds of processes parameters on properties.The mechanical properties and structure of the titanium and titanium alloy tubes produced by using the three-roll rotary piercing method technology can meet the requirements of technical conditions and application. |
