| 摘 要： | 分析了防尘帽塑件工艺性,提出了改进设计,详细地介绍了该注射模结构设计。通过开启模具行程,经齿轮传动使螺纹型芯旋转,塑件自动脱出,极大地提高了自动化程度和生产效率。

| Abstract: | Analyzed plastic molding manufacturability of dustproof cap, put forward a proposal of improvement design, design of injection mold were introduced in detail. Through using travel to opening mold, resulting in the rotation of the threaded core and the auto demould of the plastic part. Greatly improve the degree of automation, and mold with high efficiency. |
