增塑剂DR对轮胎性能的影响

摘    要:本文介绍了增塑剂DR的基本性能及构成材料,确认了阳谷华泰的增塑剂DR的物化分析结果,通过改变增塑剂含量,研究了增塑剂对未硫化橡胶和已硫化橡胶性能的影响,从而验证增塑剂高低对轮胎硫化橡胶耐磨、耐老化、加工性、延迟硫化等性能的影响,对轮胎企业橡胶配方设计有着重要的参考价值。

Abstract:This article introduced the basic properties and constitute material of plasticizers DR,confirmed the physic-chemical analysis of Yanggu Huatai plasticizer DR,by changing the plasticizer content,researched the effects on performance with the vulcanized rubber and non-vulcanized rubber,and verified the impact on vulcanized rubber with wear,anti-aging,processing and curing properties.This article had an important reference value to the design of tire rubber enterprises.
