基于嵌入式技术的往复机械数据采集系统开发

摘    要:基于往复机械工作原理,以C8051F500单片机为微处理器,开发了嵌入式往复式机械数据采集系统。该嵌入式采集系统对汽缸压力、振动信号、温度信号等模拟量和三路转速数字量进行采集。系统采用CAN总线通信方式向上位机发送数据,基于LabVIEW开发了上位机数据处理软件。实践测试证明,该数据采集系统能够满足往复式机械故障诊断数据采集要求。

Abstract:Based on reciprocating machinery working principle and C8051F500 as microprocessor,an embedded test system of data acquisition is developed.The embedded acquisition system for the cylinder pressure,temperature,vibration signal etc and three speed signal conduct data collection.This system sends data up to a PC by CAN communication,and PC data processing software based on the LabVIEW is developed.After practice test,data acquisition system can meet the reciprocating machinery fault diagnosis data collection requirements.
