敞篷式体育场膜结构找形分析

摘    要:采用基于非线性有限元理论的形态结合法对敞篷式膜结构进行了找形分析。首先介绍了相关理论和相应有限元计算公式,通过提升支座,得到膜面的初始曲面,即“形”;然后在此形状基础上,通过温度作用对膜施加真实的预应力,迭代计算得到了真实的膜面预应力分布,即“态”,实现了“形”与“态”的结合,得到了最终膜结构的形状;最后对郑州大学新校区综合体育场膜结构工程进行了找形分析。结果表明,该方法能够快捷、精确地得到敞篷式膜结构的曲面形状,对更加合理地设计膜结构具有重要意义。

Abstract:The form-finding analysis for membrane structure of the open stadium was done by combination of shape and state based on the nonlinear finite element method. The related theory and the corresponding finite element computing formula were introduced. Through shifting the pedestal, an initial curved surface (shape) of membrane structure was obtained. On the basis of this shape, the real prestress on such shape of membrane by the temperature action was exerted.A real prestress distribution of the membrane (state) was gained by iterative calculation, The combination of shape and state was achieved, and the final shape of membrane structure was gained. Finally, the form-finding analysis of the multifunctional gymnasium membrane structure engineering of Zhengzhou University was done. for membrane structure of the open stadium can will have important meaning to design this kind The results show that the curved surface shape be gained rapidly and exactly by the method and of membrane structure.
