上海源深体育馆预应力张弦梁施工监测研究

摘    要:基于有限元软件ANSYS10.0,对上海源深体育馆预应力张弦梁进行了施工全过程有限元模拟,并采用位移传感器、振弦式应变计和索力动测仪等较先进的传感测量仪器对施工过程中的结构变形与构件截面应力进行了实时监测。结果表明:上海源深体育馆预应力张弦梁在施工过程中的变形满足设计要求;结构侧向稳定性良好,各构件均处于弹性工作状态,结构在施工中是安全的;由于连梁、檩条等连接构件的存在,各榀张弦梁存在较大的相互影响,结构具有良好的整体性;监测结果与ANSYS10.0计算结果吻合较好。

Abstract:Based on finite element software ANSYS 10.0, full-range construction finite element simulation was conducted for prestressed beam string structure of Shanghai Yuanshen Arena. Using some advanced measure equipments, such as displacement sensors, shaking-string strain sensors and cable force diagnosis system, the structural deformation and member section stresses were monitored during the construction. Results indicate that the deformation of the prestressed beam string structure satisfies the design requirements. The lateral stability is reliable and all structural members are in elastic range, thus the structure is safe during the global construction process. Each single beam string structure has relatively large interactions with each other because of the connecting members, which show good integral working performance. The monitoring results are in good agreement with the analytical results by ANSYS 10.0.
