摘    要:以氨基磺酸为催化剂,对羟基苯甲醛、乙酰丙酮、尿素为原料,在无水乙醇中进行环化缩合反应(Biginelli反应),合成6-甲基-4-对羟苯基-5-乙酰基-3,4-二氢嘧啶-2-酮,并对产品进行表征.结果表明,氨基磺酸具有较好的催化效果,适宜的合成条件为:n(对羟基苯甲醛)∶n(乙酰丙酮)∶n(尿素)=1.0∶2.0∶5.0,氨基磺酸为2.0 g,反应时间为2.0 h,收率可达52.8%.

Abstract:The syntheses of 6-methyl-4-hydroxy benzaldehyde-5-acetyl-3,4-dihydropyrimidin-2-one by acetylacetone, urea and hydroxyl benzaldehyde using amino sulfonic acid as catalyst and alcohol as solvent are presented . Its structure was confirmed. The results show that amino sulfonic acid has a better catalytic effect. And the optimum reaction conditions are n(aldehyde)∶n(ketone)∶n(urea)=1∶2.0∶5.0, amount of catalyst is 2.0 g aldehyde, reaction time is 2.0 h, the ratio of product up to 54%.
