摘    要:介绍了为满足我国高炉长寿的需要开发的一种高性能的钢冷却壁,并阐述了开发研制这种冷却壁的基本思路和热态试验的结果。这种钢冷却壁的特点是冷却能力大、冷却水的耗量小、壁体薄和制造成本低,有很好的工业应用前景。

Abstract:In order to meet the needs of the blast furnace for extending campaign life in China, a steel cooling stave with higher performance was developed. The major characteristics of the steel cooling stave are larger cooling capacity, smaller flow rate of cooling water, thinner body of stave and lower production cost. It has a good commercial prospects. The basic idea and results of test in hot state are submitted in this paper.
