| 摘 要： | 竞争的加剧及企业生存环境的恶化，迫使企业纷纷采用精细化管理手段来加快企业物流、降低企业生产成本，MES无疑是实现企业精细化管理非常有力的工具。以某一离散型制造业为背景，首先简要介绍了基于RFID技术的MES系统实现的基本原理，然后通过该系统在离散型制造业实施前后5个方面的对比分析研究，全面论述了该企业MES（制造执行系统）实施后在流程梳理、计划体系、物流、车间管理及经济效益方面所发生的变化及取得的成效。

| Abstract: | It is necessary for enterprise to adpot the fine management in competitve environment.It introduces the RFID-based MES principles.Taking the dispersing manufacture factory as an example,it analyzes the MES system application in five aspects,gives the detail about the flow management,plan system,material management and shop runing.The result shows that the MES application is effective. |
