NiTi基形状记忆合金中R相变的X-射线研究

摘    要:本文用X—射线衍射的方法,对含0.46%Cu的NiTi形状记忆合金中的R相变进行了研究。结果表明,在本试验条件下,在该合金中未能发现R相变,然而,通过热循环式应力热循环可诱发出R相变,导致(011)_(B2)峰明显地分裂为(011)_R和(011)_R两个次峰,但是应力热循环的作用要大于热循环。特别是当低于M_s点时,在马氏体大量生成的同时,(011)_R峰比(011)_R峰更快的消失。

Abstract:The R phase transformation of the NiTi shape memory alloy containing 0.46%Cu has been studied by meane of x-ray diffraction.It is shawn that unde.r normal conditions the R phaee tramsformation has not been found in this alloy However,it can be induced by thermo or stress-thermo cycles,resulting in a ofviously splitting of the(011)B2 Bragg peak to two subpeaks of the(011)R and(011)p.But the effect of stress-thermo cycle on the R phase transformation is greater than the thermo cycle,especially(011)R Peak disappears faster than(011)below M,while producing a lot of martensite.
