异型丝的恒张力收线

摘    要:传统的异型丝收线机使用ABB550变频器的恒转矩方式,在空轮、满轮时收线张力相差很大,易造成排线不均,时常压线。对该机的机械部分进行改进,增加张力机构,给出张力机构图,并简述张力臂的控制过程,收线机电气控制采用ABB550变频器的PID功能进行控制,运行速度为张力的PID计算量和轧制主速度的叠加,给出变频器接线图及参数设置。改进后收线张力稳定、可调,且易于操作,产品质量也有较大提高。

Abstract:Conventional take-up of shaped wire adopted constant torque mode of using ABB550 transducer.The difference of take-up tension was big while the spool was empty or full.It caused wire arranging unevenly,wire pressing frequently.By improving the mechanical part of the take-up,tension mechanism was added.The tension mechanism diagram was given,and the control process of tensile arm was expanded.Take-up electric control adopted PID function of ABB550 transducer.The running speed was sum of tensional PID calcula...
