| Abstract: | By using the method of documentary, information discussion and questionnaire inquiry, the author makes the deeply investigation on the satisfaction feeling of their profession in physical education teachers of jiangsu. The main factors influencing the teachers satisfaction feeling of their profession were also analyzed. The present problems existing in the administration and construction of the physical education teacher team of the colleges and universities were revealed in order to provide reference for their scientific administration. |
