| 摘 要： | 现代服务业需要员工具备较高的职业素养。提高高职院校现代服务业类学生的职业素养可以通过学生工作实现。学生工作是一项艰巨复杂的系统工程,其运行需要建立健全8项有效的机制,并发挥好作用,服务于学生职业素养的提高。
