花色苷生物活性的研究进展

摘    要:花色苷是一种广逭存在的水溶性植物色素,是水果和花靓丽颜色(红、橙、蓝)的来源。本研究对花色素类的吸收和代谢,抗氧化、抗癌及其它生物活性进行了综述。

Abstract:Anthoeyanins, beloning to water-soluble plant pigments, are responsible for the brilliant color , including red, orange, blue of fruits, flowers, leaves, stems, and etc.. This paper summarizes the study progresses on the anti-oxidation, anti-cancer and anti-virus, as well as their absorption and metabolism in human body.
