| 摘 要： | 测定茶叶中六六六、滴滴涕残留的一种改进方法，原料处理后，用带电子捕获检测器的气相色谱仪测定，分离柱为毛细管柱。本方法对8种成分的回收率范围为86．1％～99．9％，变异系数为0．1％-1．1％，最小检出量0．0001mg／kg。结果表明与传统方法相比，灵敏度、精密度和精确度都有明显提高，且具有操作简单、稳定、快捷的特点。

| Abstract: | A kind of improved mesurement method of BHC and DDT in tea was introduced.After washed by the sodium solution of sulphuric acid,the sample was measured by gas chromatography with ECD,capillary column.The recovery rate of 8 kinds of composition ranged from 86.1% to 99.9%,coefficient of variation is from 0.1% to 1.1% and minimum detection limit is 0.001 mg/kg.This method is more sensitire,precise and accurate than traditional one and its operation is simple,steady and quick. |
