| 摘 要： | 为了克服４５Ｃｒ２ＮｉＭｏＶＳｉ钢制锤锻模原整体淬火热处理存在的问题，我们在２￣１６ｔ各级锻模中分别进行了局部淬火及在回火试验，在此基础上，按模块规模总结出切实可行的热处理工艺并用于生产。

| Abstract: | in order to tackle the heat- treatment problem of 45Cr2NiMoVSi steel forging die, a lot of experiments on partial quenching and self- tempering of the swallow-tail have been carried out respectively with dies ofharmers from two to sixteen tons. On this basis,the heat -treatment process was summed up according to the diestandards. |
