振动落砂输送机减振系统的设计与实践

通过分析振动落砂输送机及其上物料的运动规律，给出了落砂输送机各主要参数与其弹性元件特性的关系，着重从减振角度讨论了弹性元件垂、横向特性对落砂输送机主要参数的影响，并结合以自行研制的复合弹簧作为（某型）振动落砂输送机弹性无件时的实测数据，进一步阐述了落砂输送机弹性元件的选取方法

Design and Realization of the Damping System of Vibrating Sand Casting Transporter

The motion of a vibrating sand casting transporter and the material carried by it is investigated, the relation between the main parameter of the transporter and the elastic component of it is shown, and main focus is on the way how the elastic component hammer and transverse behavior effect on the sand casting transporter on the point of view of damping character. This paper describes in detail the method of choosing the elastic component in term of the measured data of the composite spring designed by the authors.
