聚氯乙烯在耐热电缆中的应用

摘    要:采用凝胶渗透色谱仪(GPC),差示扫描热量仪(DSC)研究了PVCS—2500树脂的分子量及其分布、玻璃化转化温度(Tg),并和PVCS—1000、S-1700树脂进行了比较。并对配合、加工和在105℃级电缆中的应用进行了研究。试验结果表明:和低聚合度PVC树脂相比,PVCS—2500树脂的分子量增大、分布变宽、Tg升高,导致材料的加工温度升高,力学性能提高。可制造优级的耐热电缆料。

Abstract:The molecular weight as well as its distribution. and glass transition temperatUre (Tg) of PVC S-2500 were determined with the GPC and the DSC analytical instrument. Its compeison with PVC S-1000 and S-1700 Resins was made. Also, PVC S-2500 used for comPOunding, Processing and making 105℃ grade cable was observed. Compered with PVC resins of lower DP, PVC S-2500 resin was of a higher processing temperature and best mechanical properties due to its higher Mw and higher Tg, and so a good cable compound with higher temperature resistance was developed.
