摘    要:介绍了HFETRC (高通量堆临界装置)棒控系统的组成及原理,对HFETRC棒控系统改造后频繁调试过程中出现的故障现象,采用电路分析与上电试验检测的方法进行排查故障原因并维修处理。统计故障原因后,得出导致棒控系统故障原因主要为电子元器件失效的结论。采用芯片失效分析、电路分析、人为因素等方法分析故障产生原因。将HFETRC棒控系统电子元器件故障失效原因归纳为随机失效与损耗失效两种类型,并针对不同类型的电子元器件失效提出故障风险预防措施或者增加保护电路等方案。

Abstract:The composition and principle of HFETRC rod control system are introduced.The failure phenomena occurring in the process of frequent debugging after the modification of HFETRC rod control system are investigated by circuit analysis and power-on test detection method,and the causes of failure are maintained and handled.Statistical analysis shows that the main reason for the failure of rod control system is the failure of electronic components.Chip failure analysis,circuit analysis,human factors and other methods are used to analyze the causes of the failure.The failure causes of electronic components of HFETRC rod control system are classified into two types:random failure and loss failure.The failure risk prevention measures or additional protection circuits are proposed for different types of electronic components failure.
