摘    要:针对宁夏枣泉发电有限责任公司电除尘器如何降低电耗率,提高高频电源控制自动水平的问题,通过在DCS中组态控制逻辑实现对电除尘器高频电源的节能改造,改造后电除尘器出口烟尘与电除尘器运行参数闭环控制,节能效果良好,具有较好的示范效果。

Abstract:How to reduce the power consumption rate and improve the automatic level of high frequency power supply control of the ESP in Ningxia Zaoquan Power Generation Co.,Ltd.,the energy-saving transformation of the high frequency power supply of the ESP is realized through the configuration control logic in DCS.After the transformation,the closed-loop control of the dust at the outlet of the ESP and the operation parameters of the ESP is realized,with good energy-saving effect and good demonstration effect.
