上汽西门子超超临界机组协调控制系统逻辑设计及应用

摘    要:结合某上汽西门子660MW超超临界机组实际特点,分析了该类型机组DEH系统特点以及协调控制系统的设计思路,重点介绍了锅炉主控、燃料主控、给水主控等控制系统的控制策略,并详细阐述了逻辑实现过程。AGC变负荷试验结果显示该机组变负荷过程中机组主要参数稳定,性能指标满足相关规程要求,验证了采用这种协调控制逻辑的合理性。

Abstract:It combines the characteristics of a STC-Siemens 660 MW ultra-supercritical unit, analysed the characteristics of DEH system and the design idea of the coordinated control system for this type of unit. It mainly introduced the control strategy of boiler control system, fuel control system and feed water control system etc. and expounded the implemented process by logic in detail. The AGC variable load test result shows that during the variable load process of the unit, the main parameters of the unit is stable, the performance satisfied the related regulations, it proves that use this coordinated control logic is feasible.
