摘    要:电站设备远程故障预警系统能够在设备劣化阶段对设备进行预警。它使用了当今最主流的hadoop大数据平台,实现了数据的采集、处理。在此基础上对数据进行建模分析,同时数据分析工具结合专家判据实现故障预警功能。电站设备远程故障预警系统实现了对设备故障的感知,在设备故障劣化阶段对其进行维护,从而避免了设备严重损坏,有效的辅助设备预知性检修。

Abstract:The remote fault predictive alarming system of the power plant equipment can warn during the equipment degradation phase. It utilizes hadoop big data platform which is the most popular used today to realize data collection and processing. On this basis, the data is modeled and analyzed, and the data analysis tool is combined with expert criteria to realize the fault warning function. The remote fault predictive alarming system of the power plant equipment realizes the perception of the equipment failure and maintains it during the stage of equipment failure deterioration, thereby avoiding serious damage to the equipment and assist effective predictive maintenance of equipment.
