摘    要:汽机GSS系统为进入汽轮机做功的蒸汽进行再热和除湿,减少湿蒸汽对汽缸通流部件的水蚀危害,可以提高机组经济性。二级再热压力调节阀控制决定GSS系统的正常运行功能,对汽轮机运行间接产生重要影响。为后续机组控制、运行及维修活动提供一定的理论基础和技术支持,详细说明了汽轮机GSS(汽水分离再热系统)二级再热压力调节阀(GSS001VV/002VV)在机组各工况下的运行控制原理、就地设备控制原理,并以某核电机组为例,对其进行解析。

Abstract:The GSS system of the turbine reheats and dehumidifies the steam entering the turbine for work, reduce the damage of wet steam to the flow passage parts of the cylinder, can improve unit economy. The control of the secondary reheat pressure regulating valve determines the normal operation function of the GSS system, indirect and important impact on turbine operation. Provide certain theoretical basis and technical support for subsequent unit control, operation and maintenance activities, this part details the operation control principle and local equipment control principle of GSS(MSR system) secondary reheat pressure regulating valve(GSS001/002 VV) of steam turbine under various working conditions of the unit, and take a nuclear power plant as an example, analyze it.
