摘    要:汽轮机运行过程中,绝对振动信号测量准确性直接影响机组的安全稳定运行。在机组正常运行过程中,如果实际绝对振动过大,可能引起汽轮机端部轴封磨损、隔板汽封磨损、滑销磨损、轴瓦乌金破裂,叶片轮盘损坏等问题。为保证汽轮机长期安全稳定运行,要求把绝对振动参数严格控制在机组允许范围内。对某电厂#1机组#3轴承振动大导致汽轮机跳闸进行了全面分析,查找引起轴承振动大的原因,并提出防范措施。

Abstract:The accuracy of absolute vibration measurement during the operation of steam turbine directly affects the safe and stable operation of the unit. In the normal operation of the unit, if the actual absolute vibration is too large, it may cause the wear of the shaft seal at the end of the steam turbine and the wear of the steam seal of the diaphragm sliding pin wear, fracture of bearing bush, blade disk damage and so on. In order to ensure the long-term safe and stable operation of the steam turbine, it is necessary to control the vibration data strictly within the allowable range of the unit.The cause of large vibration of bearing is found and the preventive measures are put forward.
