仪表及控制系统电源设计及可靠性探讨

摘    要:随着电子、计算机、通讯等技术的发展,仪表及控制系统具有了较高的可靠性,自身故障率大幅降低,但实际应用中仪表及控制系统的供电部分却是影响仪表设备长周期运行的一个重要潜在风险而且影响面极大。现统计了某煤化工企业近年来仪表及控制系统供电存在的问题为例予以剖析,提出了交流电源和直流电源的设计,针对单电源和双电源供电进行了可靠性分析,并对电源系统的日常管理提出了针对性措施。

Abstract:Along with the development of the electronic computer communication technology,the reliability of the instrument and control system has a higher failure rate greatly reduced,but in the practical application of the instrument and control system,power supply part is main instrument of long period run of the equipment is an important potential risk and the maximum effective,now statistics of a certain coal chemical enterprises in recent years,the problems existing in the instrumentation and control system for power supply as an example to analyze,put forward the ac power source and the design of the dc power supply,dealing with single power supply and power supply reliability analysis,and daily management of the power system targeted measures are put forward.
